Atari Flashback is a succession of dedicated consoles that was sold by Atari, Inc. between the years 2004 and 2011. Since they stopped being marketed by Atari, Inc. in 2011 AtGames, under license from Atari, has been in charge of production and marketing. These are plug-and-play adaptations of the famous Atari 2600 and 7800 consoles, and instead of using ROM cartridges to deliver the fun, the games have been built in to the consoles.

The systems are powered by an included AC adaptor, and arrive with 2 joystick controllers. They make use of the typical monaural audio and composite video RCA connectors in order to link up to a TV.
